I chose MediLodge of Southfield for myself because it was close to home and my family! The residents and staff here are amazing. I’ve been here only a short while and I have already made lots of friends!

I chose MediLodge of Southfield because the location is closer to friends and family. Also, MediLodge of Southfield has great environment for the Jewish faith! Betty the CNA and the therapy staff have made my stay incredible! I love how when anyone passes by the door someone says “Hello” and checks up on me. It is truly a tight knit community here. Finally, the food here is great! It is rare to find a nursing home with great food.

I chose MediLodge of Southfield for myself. My family and I thought I needed a LTC facility because they weren’t sure if I was going to get better. Birdie has been amazing! She was able to help me and guide me in the right direction. Everyone is very kind and very supportive of me and my growth.

I choose this center because it is very close to home and the reviews for the facility were very good. Ryan was awesome in helping me through this hard time. Clean and has great on-site services.

I'm sharing this as I think people should know about Medilodge of Southfield. I would suggest the center to anyone needing assistance. The center was under renovations during my stay and my husband was tempted to take me elsewhere. I told him the staff is nice and work together well. If the nursing assistants didn't have the answer to my questions they would seek a nurse for further consultation. After a few visits he said, "I see what you mean the staff here are very caring!"During my stay at Medilodge of Southfield, I established relationships while participating in the activity programs. I was given opportunities for leadership roles and to motivate my peers to focus on positive thoughts and healing. I was impressed with the Resident Council meeting that took place during my visit.The food was above average. There are Snacks and treats that are available daily. The chicken dishes and beef tips over noodles were my favorite meals.The laundry team was kind and social. They even gave me hugs good bye! I felt like I was leaving friends upon the completion of rehab.
